Doris Ditzler serves as Senior Director of Grants and joined the foundation in 2002. She oversees the administration and management of more than 50 grant programs totaling more than $2 million a year. She also leads a variety of community coalitions and task forces, and designs the foundation’s annual nonprofit training series.
Doris has almost 40 years of nonprofit experience in both staff and volunteer capacities, spanning issues from youth programming to elder activities. Prior to joining the foundation, she was Prevention Program Supervisor for the Cumberland/Perry County Drug and Alcohol Commission where she managed several prevention initiatives, including the production of a Heroin Awareness video and early efforts to address tobacco use. Doris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education from East Stroudsburg University.
